People eat certain foods on most days because they are considered healthy to eat. It’s often a combination of eating too much of some nutrients and not enough of others that is contributing to symptoms such as depression or anxiety.

Is there any one food or type of food that I eat nearly every day or in particularly large amounts? Have a look weekly at your food pictures on your smartphone.
