FeelEat!

A self-help strategy

How do I find out if food is related to my mental health?

1
BE AWARE OF WHAT YOU EAT/DRINK:
begin having a look at what you are already eating and drinking.

Nowadays people exaggerate with smartphones cameras, sharing any food they eat everywhere to say “look I’m here!”. However we can use modern technology to improve our health. Try taking a picture of (or writing down a diary) of what you eat for about one month.

People are often surprised when they look back over what they have eaten, sometimes during holidays outside home they eat something they never thought to eat!

Look weekly in your device gallery, the more information you have the more useful it is likely to be; for example, you could note down the time and the approximate amounts you consume.
