Sample:10 Finnish healthy habitual breakfast eaters volunteers performed work-like tasks in the lab after having a breakfast drink: Test visit 1: high-protein drink for breakfast (HP) Test visit 2: high-carbohydrate drink for breakfast (HC) Test visit 3: low energy placebo drink for breakfast (control)

Although the drinks appearance, the subjects were unaware of the content.
