Water is the most vital substance for a healthy mind and body. It is essential for cellular homeostasis and life. Without water, humans can survive only for days. It’s easy to overlook drinking the recommended six to 8 glasses, per day, which is a low-cost, convenient, self-help measure that can quickly change how we feel, mentally as well as physically.

Some epidemiological data suggests water might have differential effects when consumed as water alone rather than water contained in caffeinated or flavored or sweetened beverages.


Supporting some alternative theories, somebody believes that water and human thoughts are related, explaining a sort of water memory describing potential ability of water to react after interaction with human beings (Masaru Emoto, The miracle of water, 2007). However from our perspective we may keep thinking about water role in our daily life, first of all in dietary habits but also in leisure time (swimming, wellness and thermal baths) for physical and mental health.
